My world has been at 3x times for quite a long time recently, at first i thought i must have wrote a higher number in the command by mistake. Today i checked /bought and it said "you haven't bought any items yet" I have been building in the expanded area without noticing but i have no intent of abusing the bugs on your server.

If you can take advantage of a situation in some way, it's your duty to do it. Why should everything always be to the swift, or the jumble or the quick-witted? should they be allowed to win merrily because of the gifts god gave them? well i say "cheating is the gift man gives himself!"
