playing the game. Most recently I've returned to the game after a multi-year hiatus to continue with my
love for building. There isn't another server I've been on, actually. I've been dedicated to my current
project and will continue to be on those following. I try to give a welcoming experience when I can and
try to become invested in others' projects as well. I've enjoyed my time on Aliquam and hope to spend
countless more hours building to my hearts content.

Experience if any: Not any as of recent. I've helped start up a few servers in the past along with
being a contracted builder for large and small servers alike. I used to belong to an unnamed build
team that specialized in Factions server hubs.

What timezone are you living in: EST

How much time can you spend daily on watching over the server: 8+ hours, especially with my spring break on the horizon.

Somebody's overusing caps lock on the chat - what do you do: On the odd chance it occurs, a warning will satisfy. If it continues, a temporary mute would be the best option.

Somebody's begging for rank up - what do you do: Refer them to the process of rank-ups and that
reviews of plots for a rank up are determined by server staff. If the begging is incessant in chat,
it would be best to follow the same protocol as with the caps lock spamming.

Something about yourself, it doesn't have to be long: I'm keen on the values of leadership, patience, and friendliness. A fun and welcoming environment rely on a great axis of moderate order
with others around to create a cheery and inviting atmosphere.

Why you should be in our staff: Despite the short time of playing, I've already noticed this community is really nice, although it's not like my previous ranking server, I find it nice in some ways better than that server. I would like to find ways to exceed my skill in building while helping others to do the same!

Experience if any: I have had a lot of experience in moderation and administration mainly due to me creating servers solo on Minehut. I have made many of my own servers like this, I find it nice how this all works, its a very unique system compared to Athion (the previous server). I like to come up with new ideas to help improve the server and make it well and truly the best server I can. Although ill only be Jr. Mod if I'm accepted, I expect great things in the future with not only the server but its community and staff too!

Are you in another servers' staff, if so where: Currently I'm not, and if I get this role I don't plan to, as then it would mess up my schedule further and will make it harder to do things and in my opinion it just makes me seem less professional.

How much time can you spend daily on watching over the server: School Holidays/Weekends I can do 5 hours a day due to my tough schedule, School days I can do up to 4 hours a day.

Somebody's overusing capslock on the chat - what do you do: I would verbally warn them and if they continue I would then warn them through use of the command but if continued I would mute them temporarily. If any continued use of caps after mute I would msg the higher staff team, and mute him for the time I was told.

Somebody's begging for rankup - what do you do: I would first politely ask them to stop if they aren't spamming and let me show them if they are spamming though that would be an instant denial due to begging as in my opinion and most likely many others it seems like you asking when will your application be checked and will you be accepted or like constantly asking for an unban or unmute on the discord.

Something about yourself, it doesn't have to be long: I'm an 11-year-old currently in year 6, looking to improve my maturity and skill in building. I like all kinds of sports, football, soccer, basketball just to name a few.

Additional: When I was born I was born with a condition named sagittal suture chraniousstanosis, it basically is where your bones in your head are already fused so you require a surgery otherwise its a very high chance of death. I got this surgery at the age of 11 months but during it, I had 3 blood transfusions nearly dying in one along with I lost part of my brain in the thinking part and the emotional control parts.

Experience if any: I have a big experience with helping other players, that get a little confused and need help, because earlier I was one or two times in another server's staff.

I can spend many hours on the server, (over 12+ hours on some days). Although on Tuesdays I'm busy with school so I will not be on until 5 PM EST.

I would politely tell the player they need to stop using excessive caps in chat, and proceed to read /rules. If they continue i would contact a higher staff.

dedicate an average of 3.5 hours a day

 Assuming that the player is not informed about the rules I would explain that excessive capslock

Somebody's overusing capslock on the chat - what do you do: First of all, warn or kick him; He needs to know, that he/she is breaking server rules. If it won't work, mute him for one or half an hour; If he will still overuse capslock I will still muting him for half an hour. I don't think banning is that case.

Somebody's begging for rankup - what do you do: Well, very similar procedure like in overusing capslock, but a litle bit other: [Inform to stop -> kick -> mute] Naturally only if he/she is BEGGING. If he/she is requesting to review the Plot, I'll do this, and give him/her a rankup, or tell, that's not enough.

Something about yourself, it doesn't have to be long: My name is Piotr Wyrwas, I live in Austria for over three tears, and am 15 years old. Before it, I lived in Poland, but i've also got experience with english.

Why you should be in our staff: I believe I should be a part of Aliquam's staff team because of my sheer passion for this server. I have been actively playing on Aliquam for quite the while now, and the reason why is because of the server's very inviting and respectful community due to the helpful moderation from all of the staff members it has, and I really would like to help that cause even more. Throughout all of my time playing here, I have not yet met a single troll, in fact, almost everyone here is the exact opposite, hence the exact reason I think I could be a good staff member here. If I were staff, I would make sure that every player can have the same experience that I have had so far, because I believe that is something precious and is what really makes this server stand out from all of the other creative servers out there. A second reason why I would be best fit for staff is because of how I deal with problems. I believe the most fundamental way to make someone learn from their actions is to show them respect, equally as how I would want to be treated. For example, let's say someone was harassing another player in the chat. Before I would take action, I would make sure I was calm and composed so I would not make any rash decisions. Then, my first step of action would be to warn the player, stating how harassing somebody is not going to solve the problem, and instead act civilized, which is just as how I would like to be warned if I were to unknowingly cause harm. If the player's misdeameanors continued, I would give them the punishment necessary. Thirdly,, I believe I stand out from others applying for staff because of my motive. A large quantity of people yearning for a staff role only do it because of just the 'coolness' of being a staff, and having power over others. I am the complete opposite of this, because my motive is to help the server, and to only help the server. Finally, I believe I should be in Aliquam’s staff because although I do not have any prior experience to moderation, I am all ears to learning, and can adapt easily. Moderation is something that comes easy to me, as I've had to do that exact thing for 9 years now with my younger brother, which is one of the factors that has shaped me to wanting to join Aliquam's Team.

How much time can you spend daily on watching over the server: I typically can be online from the time I get home from school, 3:00 PM EST, to 10:00 PM EST, depending on how long it takes me to do my homework. Furthermore, I am very active on the weekend, usually any time of the day, as I am not very busy most of the time.
Somebody's overusing capslock on the chat - what do you do: I would tell them to calm down with caps lock as it needlessly floods the chat, if they continue I punish them by giving them a mute with a reasonable time, based on how badly they spam caps lock.
Somebody's begging for rankup - what do you do: I would explain to them that patience is key if they would like to rankup, as countless of other people have requested for rankup, and them begging will only make their situation worse. I would give them a reasonably long mute if they continued after my warning.
