Unfortunately, our official rules set has to be so since we must prevent any overinterpretations. That’s why we’re coming out with our rules set in a nutshell.</div>

If you want your constructions to be checked, ask a staff member or make a modreq. </div>

9.   <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">N</span><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">o trolling.</span> Let’s be honest - nobody likes to be trolled. So don’t do it, and everybody’ll be happy!<br />
10. <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">No excessive profane language/swearing.</span> Using  excessive inappropriate language, especially when directed towards an individual, is strictly forbidden on our server to maintain a healthy positive community for everyone<br />
11. <span style="font-size: x-small;" class="mycode_size"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;" class="mycode_font"> </span></span><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">No gore, porn, Rule34 etc. </span>We just don’t want those things here - as we said, we're not an adult server. There are other places for it. <br />
12. <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Don't seek attention. </span>We really like that you're sociable, but some things should stay private. If you want to share your problems, please do it on private chat.<br />
13. <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Listen to our staff.</span> They're not here to do harm to you, and if they're warning you it means that you should reconsider your behaviour.<br />
14. <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">No stalking/harrasing. </span>Creeping out our players is really uncool - remember that they don't need to be as old as you, so you can scare them really bad even if you didn't mean that.<br />
15. <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">No plagiarism/builds from Internet. </span>Your work has to be original, and even if you got ranked up you can get instantly banned as soon as we discover that you cheated on us.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[BASIC USER AGREEMENTS<br />
<ol type="1" class="mycode_list"><li>Joining Aliquam.org’s Creative server (<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">the Server</span>) by a non-banned player with his one and only Minecraft account (<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">the Player</span>) means that the Player has acknowledged with the rules set beneath and accepted them.<br />
</li>
<li>Only Server Administrators with the Administrator rank on forums (<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">the Administration Board</span>) can change these rules.<br />
</li>
<li>Administration Board is obliged to inform Players about every rules change.<br />
</li>
<li>Content created by players on the Server (<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">the Original Content</span>) cannot be requested to be removed if Player cannot remove it by himself.<br />
</li>
<li>Any staff member with the rank of Assistant or higher (<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">the Staff</span>) isn’t responsible for actions made by users.<br />
</li>
<li>In any case, every Administrator can change the Staff’s decision. Furthermore, if rules doesn’t contain the selected subject, the decision belongs to the Administration Board.<br />

<li>Messages and commands sent by our players are logged and they can be checked in real-time or in the future. <br />

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Spamming. </span>This includes flooding (also with commands like /tpa), relogging to spam the chat with connect/disconnect messages, overusing capslock or chat colours (if available), attention seeking and forcing dramas.<br />
</li>
<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Griefing. </span>We absolutely hate griefers with a passion. Destroying others’ constructions ends with a permanent ban.<br />

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Plagiarism, </span>including copying builds from the Internet, from another player or from the server-wide projects like the Medieval map or the Spawn.<br />

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Being mean</span>. Using excessive inappropriate language or abusing another player(s) verbally is a big no-no. It doesn’t matter if it’s a player or an admin – being nice is very important to us since it creates a positive atmosphere on the server. Bypassing the censor to use permablocked words will result in appropriate punishment.<br />

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Advertising. </span>You won’t be killed for saying another server’s name once by accident, but spamming with your favourite server’s name throughout the server will guarantee you a big, fat permaban.<br />

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Sending gore, pornographic content and similar. </span>This does include porn terminology. The rule is simple: if you wouldn’t show it to your child as a parent, don’t send it on the global chat.<br />

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Trolling. </span>Nobody likes to be trolled in the negative way. Don’t do it and we’ll be happy! <br />
</li>

<li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Abusing server plugins, </span>especially WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, AlqRequests and AlqFriends. This also means using more than one account to gain more building space and in-game currency.<br />

<li>Every Staff Member can punish Players for doing things prohibited above.<br />

<li>The punishments list contain:<br />
