Staff should take into account time-zones and work hours throughout the recruitment process. There are some times when all staff members seem to log on at the same moment and there are other longer periods of time where non are present. You can fix this by adding in the application, a subsection stating to, "Please include a schedule of the hours you play each day." and/or "State your time zone here." Just a suggestion...
