How much time can you spend daily watching over the server: 10 or 9 hours.
Somebody's overusing capslock on the chat - what do you do: I would do a verbal warning and then do a real warning.
Somebody's begging for rankup - what do you do: Will warn that player.
Something about yourself, it doesnt have to be long: I like Titanic.
