- Why you should be in our staff: I have good problem solving and leadership skills and I enjoy this server very much. I appreciate its uniqueness.
- Experience if any: I once staffed for the ROFL Network. There, I was the Head-Builder and Co-Owner.
- Are you in another servers' staff, if so where: N/A
- What timezone are you living in: CDT
- How much time can you spend daily on watching over the server: Around 2-3 hours
- Somebody's overusing capslock on the chat - what do you do: I would first give the offender a polite warning. If the problem ensued, I would temporarily mute them for some period of minutes (about 15-30 mins.). After this, if they were still persistent in their caps-lock use, I would mute them for 24 hrs.
- Somebody's begging for rankup - what do you do: First, I would check to see if they deserved said rank-up. If their world does not match the criteria for a rank-up, I would let them know this. If they continued to beg, I would mute them, unless they were abusing a /helpop or /ti command to communicate with staff directly. In this case I would kick them, and if the problem progresses, temporarily ban them for 24 hrs.
- Something about yourself, it doesn't have to be long: I am excited to be a potential candidate for staff on this server. I hope to bring maturity to the server and camaraderie amongst players. I don't believe age is as important as most cultures make it out to be. I look for maturity to determine whether a person is trustworthy and therefore, I will be sure to keep the trust of staff and the server's players despite my 16 years of age.
