If you look at my world you'd notice that I am not the only one that has permission on it, did you ever stop to think that maybe I didn't make those teardrops? Idk how they were made, who they were made by or how they got there. All I know is that they're there. I have no idea how to exploit a server let alone what an NBTTag is. And "People making a fuss" isn't proof screenshoted evidence is, which you haven't provided. [You could have at least taken away the teardrops? And even if I did use teardrops I should have had the right to use it on a region that I OWN.] Take a look at my world again, if I didn't love Aliquam I wouldn't have spent countless hours building my city up, I wouldn't be a long-time  subscriber to the Aliquam sub-reddit (which many mods don't even know about https://www.reddit.com/r/Aliquam), and I wouldn't have made suggestions that are still used in mod recruitment today (https://forums.aliquam.org/showthread.php?tid=81 https://forums.aliquam.org/showthread.php?tid=11 ). I've been playing MC since 1.2 and I've never seen a server more biased/ disorganized when it comes to staff. Where apparently this is an optimum staff application https://forums.aliquam.org/showthread.php?tid=19) and where we have forum admins that speak English as a second-language (credibility not liability). And you wonder why there are tens of thousands of people that join but never stay. Shame, so much potential. The sad thing is that I'm probably going to get forum banned for speaking out and no one's gonna take this as a wake up call...

The ban reason cannot be as descriptive as we wish it could be. As the moderator who banned you did his best in describing your ban, please note that actions made against you in the past are also taken into consideration while deciding on permabanning a player. If you wish so, we can try and make your ban reason more descriptive.

      We're still looking for as many staff members as we can and on the beginning of the recruitment our requirements were really low. Almost everybody from that recruitment got in and most of them got fired. Recently Cowgirl got kicked from the staff for her inactivity, before that she was under training that she never finished.
      We do maintain our staff, and we've proven that by kicking multiple staff members for being inaccurate and not mature enough to work with us.

 I can't see how this is relevant to the case. All of the administrators are learning English for around ten years at this point and all of them are speaking it fluently or at least can express themselves in a comprehensible matter.

There are many reasons why people do not stay on the server. The reasons you've provided are just not correct in majority of cases. The rest are people who break the rules on sight.

The sad thing is that I'm probably going to get forum banned for speaking out and no one's gonna take this as a wake up call...
