Hi, my name is Bizzqre, or Lucas. I have been banned from Aliquam a few months ago for griefing, but that wasn't the real reason. Now, let me tell you the TRUE reason why I got banned. I got banned because ItsMsDandans made me fall for a trap. She was the main cause of my ban. She did all this bad stuff and nobody I repeat NOBODY was there to fix it. And not only that, but people were on her side, which is a bad thing because she obviously was pretty butthurt for no reason and making incredibly bad choices. So when she got me banned, all I did was laugh my ass out. I was pretty greatful I got banned because I didn't want to be on a crappy server with crappy staff and an even worse community.
I knew that Aliquam would have a terrible history and I did NOT want to be apart of it in any way possible. There are so many mistakes on Aliquam that the same amount of mistakes there are is the size of the owner's ego. You know you shouldn't have banned me. You know that Takkita should be demoted. You know that ItsMsDandans should be banned, and damn it, you know that Aliquam will turn out to be a piece of s***. Good day my friends. `

Hello,

I found it weird that you still are spending your undeniably precious time on commenting a server that you 'didn't want to be on' and that has such a crappy staff. Nevertheless, I will waste some of my equally precious time to give you a decent response for your baseless accusations.

First things first, I'm a bit disappointed you didn't embed your 16 minute rant about our community here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyC8rCopKfo). I will respond to every single point you gave in this video later. But the sole fact that this video exists points that you're obviously butthurt about your ban despite your comment stating otherwise - I don't see any other point of wasting 16 minutes on talking to the microphone.

You were banned for griefing. Twice - once without a valid proof (and you got unbanned for that and got an official apology). Believe me, we don't just sit around and ban random people because we want to. Takkita made a mistake then and got scolded by me personally for banning you without finding a solid piece of evidence for your accused act of griefing.

Your second ban, however, was submitted by CharmyAnder and corrected to permaban by Umka450. This time we collected solid proof of your griefing acts (Prism block edit logs) that were undeniably pointing that you were responsible for the grief. Proof: http://kobu.pw/DivtK.png

I posted both the unedited and the edited version so you can't tell us I'm manipulating the logs. You deliberately told her you're gonna fix what you destroyed and destroyed it even more when she gave you permissions. I don't know what did you expect, that you're simply gonna lie and everybody will just believe you when you don't have any proof at all?

Back to your rant movie. You're starting with your first point (that we simply ignore reports) and you start off with manipulating with facts. On the video you're showing a topic that's a day older than the one that is valid (has a screenshot) and has a valid response from Feriach.

Every staff member has a right to vote. Literally everybody can vote as they please. For some reason a majority (over 50%) has decided that ItsMrSnappy shouldn't be a part of our staff. I can't tell you who and why decided on that because I simply have no idea - I'm not managing the votes and not asking about people's reasoning.

Shockingly, players who can comply with our rules say otherwise. We may have a ruleset that's very strict on players who have a loose tongue, but I'm not a person who stops himself from swearing in any other situation - but I never swear on Aliquam, for example. Some part of the community (like you) just don't want to comply to some of our rules. You like to grief - yeah, sure, why not. But not here, not on Aliquam. You got permanently kicked out of our community for being a person who does not play fair. You're like the kid that breaks the sand castles on the beach. You're no fun and we won't play with you.

I'm sorry if I missed any of your points from the video, but honestly, sixteen (almost seventeen) minutes of your rant is too much and I tried to watch as little as possible while getting all of your strongest points. For now, you have absolutely no proof against us except accusations and manipulations, and we have strong proof like logs and screenshots. We certainly have our share of problems, like every server has, and we try to fix them as best as we can. Unfortunately for you, abusive staff isn't one of them.

PS Aliquam has three owners. The founder, Castro, is one of the most modest people I ever knew. His ego is definitely smaller than yours, an ego of a player who griefs another's work and still feel innocent.
